view transactions from View journal entry lines in Oracle R12 results in FRM-41354: Cannot close for

Hi ,

When we dril down from Account Inquiry form, Show Journal Details, drilldown, It goes to the web page for view journal entry lines. From there view transactions goes back to the oracle application and gives FRM-41354: Cannot close form GLXIQACC.

How to see what is happening and why it is unable to close the fom GLXIQACC? This is on a payables transaction.

Appreciate any help on this.
