Is it possible to have the item catalog open automatically when the user clicks on the item descript

Is it possible to have the item catalog open automatically when the user clicks on the item description in the master item window?

Example:

Go to Inventory>Items>Master Items

Enter an item number you want to create

Click in item description field - item catalog window opens

Fill out descriptive elements

click update description

save your work.

Currently, have to enter a description, save your work, then select tools>catalogs to open item catalog window
