Create Quotes in Telesales or Teleservice

Hello,

Is there a way in telesales using ebusiness centre form or teleservice using service request form for the call centre agent to have different options of giving pricing option to

a customer for the service that the organization  is offfering in order to sign a deal with customer on the phone.

Basically call center agent needs more flexibility in providing pricing options for the service organization is offering .

Any direction or documents with screenshots and setup will be really helpful.

Reading telesales userquide understood that there is a quote tab in ebusiness center tha can be used. If a quote is created can we create an SR an then create charge lines which gets converted to an order.
