Display files uploaded to custom folder display in front end

we have added one feature to upload images to custom folder in EBS and we need to display the same images from the specified path.But only we are able to display files uploaded in to $OA_HTML and $OA_MEDIA only.So please suggest any how to display uploaded files from different locations.
