Weblogic admin server failed to start after reboot.

Hi,

The weblogic associated services failed to start after server reboot. I am getting below error while trying to start the server.

If still see no obvious cause, enable the debug flag -Djava.security.debug=jpspolicy to get more information. Error message: Cannot read from policy store. Reason is PolicyStore Error, javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: Error at line:2428 col:29  '^@' expected a valid beginning name character>
