Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Period close are encountered stuck transactions

two stuck transactions are stuck when I try to close period ,where the errors are "Pick release and pick confirmed with errors"

these transactions are stored in mtl_transaction_temp table.

where one of the item line in the move order issue is causing the problem ,whereas the other item lines are correct.

where I don't have the OE module.

where one of the the move order issue is closed and therefore and I can't remove the item line that cause the problem.
