Not able to pass ICP through smart view

Hi,

i am trying to enter ICP data through smart view, but i am getting all cells as read only, whereas i am able to Post ICP transaction through workspace for same combination.

is there any specific reason why i am not able to pass ICP from smart view.

Please help with this.
