EAM integration with MS Projects 2003

Hi,

When attempting to import work orders from MS Projects system, the following error occurs: I have checked it in Oracle Support and found the related doc ID 1513230.1.

ERROR

"Organization ID should not be changed"

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Import work orders from MS Projects.

CAUSE

-----------------------

Root cause of this issue was related to the fact that, most likely, Organization information was not mapped in MS Projects.

To be notted that only MS Projects accept Organization information mapping.

SOLUTION

-----------------------

Make sure to map Organization information into MS Projects before using this application for re-scheduling EAM work orders.
