Unable to view the Created DFF on Activity Page

Hi Team,

Would require your assistance on the issues where I am unable to see the created DFF for the Marketing activity page. After crating the DFF I am unable to see the same on the create activity page of the Marketing.

Please find my attached document and advice if I miss anything.
