Basics of SERVICE CONTRACTS and its setup

Hi,

Can anyone provide me setup and process document of service contracts module (with screenshots and easily understandable).

I am new to this module and have to work in support work for this module for one of customers.

I have downloaded user and implementation guide for this, but it is quite lengthy. I want a document which is easy to understand for a beginner like me in OKS.
