Administration Group Hierarchies?

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

I'm going through the guides (Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Enterprise Ready Framework: Setup Administration Groups and Template Collections) and documentation for OEM 12c.

I'm trying to design an administration group hierarchy.

On a broad scale, I have a bunch of users groups:

SysAdmins

AppAdmins

DBA's/OEM admins

Managers (report/dashboard only)

I'm trying to separate the environment into three categories:

- app server & their components (ie. weblogic, glassfish)

- database & their components (server, repository, RAC db's, exadata, ASM, etc)

- Infrastructure servers & their components (server, ldap, apache, dns, OEM, etc)

I want to grant AppAdmins axs to certain subsets of things (operator/read access to DB targets)
