Not able to do un-application of a receipt to an invoice

System is not allowing to do unapplication of a receipt agaist an invoice. Getting a system error while unchecking the apply button on AR receipt form. Error Message says "FRM-41032: Can not Set the ENABLED attribute of Current item APP_FOLDER.CB_SELECT.

Please suggest how can I rectify this error.
