Contract renewal - can it pick up automatically the Active, Identifying Bill To and Ship To addresse

When a contract is renewed automatically or manually is it possible to set up contracts so that it automatically reviews the the Bill To and Ship To addresses to see if they are still Active.

If they are not Active and there is only one Active address then it automatically changes the address on the contract it is creating.

Using Subscription Contracts we are especially interested in updating the Ship To address.  All Subscription Contracts are shipping items to individuals and when they change address we make the existing address Inactive and create a new address as both Active and Identifying
