Missing Account ID

How do I fix the missing account ID on Account Balances w/o Account Mater?  Is this something I can select on and then add the account ID manually (SQL statement)? On the Integrity Report (P097031), it's showing that we are missing the account ID.  The account numbers exist in the F0901 file but for whatever reason is missing on the PA and PU ledger in the F0902 file for the entry.
