Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Invalid Record-Route and From

Does anyone know if "_" are invalid characters? Or offer any advice on why I am seeing the errors below? I am getting two different errors.

First error is a 400 - Invalid Record-Route error. This is the message that is being sent to the SBC and the return message.
