Requisition Sourcing (Staging tables)

Hi,

       I would like to ask (need help),if anybody had information, how we can archive requisition sourcing staging tables.

right now, we have expediated so many requisitions that, when the user view Sourcing Work Bench, it is almost taking a while to load the page/display results for the staging data.

is there a safe way or process, we can archive the data (staging data) displayed in Sourcing work bench for eProcurement. this way, we can archive/get rid , for old staging data that may not be required?
