Information regarding Hyperion Provider Services

Hello to the Community,

We are currently on version 9.3.3 of various Hyperion products (Essbase, Shared Services, Planning, etc).  Someone on my team approached me and was asking about Provider Services.  They wanted to know if under our current licenses if this is something we could setup, and what was required to get this up and running.  I was not involved with this implementation as it was a number of years ago, and its an older version so it has been difficult to find the proper documentation on it.

I am able to see what licenses we currently have, but I'm trying to figure out if Provider Services fall under any of these:
