R12.2 Readiness Reports

Have recently upgraded out 11.5.10 instance to R12.2.   Have performed all of the steps for the Online Patching Readiness Reports.   Starting to find out that this process does not cover many object types.   From the beginning, I figured this process would not handle Forms/Reports.   I have logged an SR on this, and have found there is an existing enhancement request to handle forms/reports.  But what about the db object types like Triggers, Procedures, Functions, Packages, etc.?   These reports are not identifying issues in these objects, even though I know they exist.   Has anyone found the same, or had any luck
