ICMP to outside interface not sending replies

My company is using a 9200 SBC and our client wants to monitor the SBC by sending pings to the outside interface. What needs to be configured in the SBC to make it work? They are not getting any replies, even though our firewall is already setup to allow the ICMP traffic. We already have the hip-ip configured using the interface's IP, do i need to do an add-icmp-ip to the outside interface also? Do i add the interface IP to the icmp-ip list?

Also, what command can i use in the SBC to monitor the ICMP replies that weren't sent back or discarded?
