User Preference files not saving in SIA 8.1.1.11?

Hello,

We are on SIA 8.1.1.11. One thing I have noticed is that the User Preference files are no longer saving correctly. We have to delete and generate and then the file will save the first time. However, after subsesquent sessions/logouts, the files do not update.

Any recommendation on how to fix this?
