Question on pre req patches for 17525552:R12.PRC_PF.B

Hi,

Customer is applying patch 17525552:R12.PRC_PF.B  and it it has pre req patches.

Per the read me of the patch

Pre-requisite patches

=====================

13414358:R12.EGO.C

16502567:R12.EGO.C

16278172:R12.EGO.C

10285481:R12.FWK.B

14027175:R12.ICX.B

They say they do not have OA Framework product (FWK) not installed.

Suggested to apply patch 10285481:R12.FWK.B as this is OA Framework is used in self service apps.


Customer is also saying, Advanced Product Catalog
R12.EGO.C.3       Not Installed


Do they need to apply the EGO pre req patches
13414358:R12.EGO.C, 16502567:R12.EGO.C and 16278172:R12.EGO.C
