T4-1 USB port not working.

HI,

i encountered a T4-1 with 3 out of 4 USB ports not working. A KVM was used and it was connected to 1 of the USB port.

The 2 USB port at the back and 1 at the front of the servers were not working. Only 1 at the front is working.

i have checked the following error messages and all those error didn't seem to mention that the USB port will not work.

most of them are related to bugs.

Anybody has any experience in this?
