Fields built side-by-side split to second row in BI Publisher

Hello -

I have created a form where there are several columns of information; each column has two fields side by side (Quantity and Cost).  The form template shows the fields side by side. However, when I run the report, the Cost field ALWAYS moves to a second row rather than staying next to the Quantity field.  Any ideas how I can keep this Cost field from splitting to a second row?
