Patch Wizard Utility in 12.1.3

Hi Team,

Now i want to use this utility in production and want to applied the latest patch 17270136 which is not applied in our environment.I have go through this patch and found there are 2 prerequisites are there and as per my understanding one of the AD related prerequisites has applied but not sure for other prerequisites.Following are the details and please confirmed about R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3.

SQL> select * from ad_bugs where BUG_NUMBER='17270136';

no rows selected

SQL> select patch_level from fnd_product_installations where patch_level like '%AD%';

PATCH_LEVEL
