Two Oracle Homes and Listener Requirement

Hi All Experts,

we have one requirment to install two separate Oracle homes, one should be 10gR2 and other is 11gR2. Now my main concern is do we need diffrent listeners for both homes ... i mean one is for 10g Databases and other is 11g databases ....
