Head Count for Position Control & Requisition Creation

What is the meaning of Headcount is P08101?

What is the meaning of Headcount in P08102?
Is headcount represents the number of Applicant can apply for that specific position.
Example: I have created 0P-2 as Position with 5 Headcount. So only 5 candidates can only apply for that position.

My understanding is that number of candidates can be hired for that specific position both will same in P08101 & P08102 for Headcount.

I believe that irrespective of the Headcount in P08102 , "N"  Number of Candidates  can apply for particular position untill or unless it is filled.

Kindly clarify the same.
