Tab Layout not working in dedicated client

Hi,

I set up a new responsibility and customized the tab layout. That responsibility is primary on a user Id.

when that User connect to the web/thin client, the Tab layout works

when that User connect to the dedicated/Mobile client, the Tab layout doesn't work at all (default layout as per Tools definition)

Is this expected?

Note: the Tab Layout was not modified with the user preferences.
