Embedded JDE/BI publisher has stopped bursting

We are on E1 9.0, tools release 8.98.42 and have been working on an ACH remittance reprint functionality that we will then produce emails from. So we have come up with a reprint job that will call a custom version of R04572T2 - JDE's standard ACH/EFT remittance document. Our program, R554572T2 is identical to R04572T2 except for some lines of code to retrieve certain data for printing on the remittance.

Initially we had issues with bursting, we were not bursting on the correct section. Oracle support helped us with identifying the burst field '/R554572T/Driver_Section_S14'. Once we changed the burst field to this, it worked. The document was burst and emailed correctly.
