Hi

I have face issues on Development system  Oracle enterprise manager not started kindly guide us how to resolve this issues ?

C:\Documents and Settings\express.GSCCO>set oracle_sid=gscc

C:\Documents and Settings\express.GSCCO>emctl status dbconsole

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g is not running.
