Upgrade OMS 12c R2 to R3 failed

Hi,

I am doing an upgrade of our OMS 12c R2 to 12c R3.

This failed in the "Configuration Assistants" screen, at the end of the "OMS Configuration" step.

Viewing the last lines of the log (/u01/app/oracle/Middleware12103/oms/cfgtoollogs/cfgfw/oracle.sysman.top.oms_2014-03-11_06-03-25-PM.log) shows the issue:

[oracle@ora-emcc cfgfw]$ tail -21 oracle.sysman.top.oms_2014-03-11_06-03-25-PM.log
