We have observed this behavior in ORacle R12.1.3 where item templates once defined with proper attributes and values are not seen later meaning the for some of the attributes, they are enabled but the corresponding values are missing.

Even in the backend , the query results NULL values while the attributes are checked. This behavior is seen consistently. Any idea???

The below query is particularly resulting in two attributes - MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS.PLANNED_INV_POINT_FLAG and MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS.LOT_TRANSLATE_ENABLED. please advise.

select MIT.TEMPLATE_NAME, MITA.ATTRIBUTE_NAME, MITA.ATTRIBUTE_VALUE, MITA.ENABLED_FLAG, MITA.CREATION_DATE, MITA.CREATED_BY, MITA.LAST_UPDATE_DATE, MITA.LAST_UPDATED_BY
