Closed/shipped transactions missing from mtl transactions R12.1.3.

Hi,

There are some sales orders and RMA which are of previous financial year. These transactions are shipped and invoiced, however these orders are not seen in the Material transaction form and when the mtl transaction table and interface table is checked these transactions are missing. Because of this qty on hand for the items in these sales orders have not been affected.

1. Is there a way to have these transactions interfaced to inventory.

2 What is the alternate or possible solution to this scenario as the qty should be deducted from the inventory for the items shipped.
