Embedded BI Publisher and AP Checks - Invoice Description Field Limit

Hello,

In the AP Standard Voucher Entry screen, P0411, you can enter a 25 character description in the AP Invoice Number field (VINV) yet I am being told the BI Publisher field can only hold 19 characters, therefore it can only print 19 characters on a check? Is this correct information?
