OEM 12c Cloud Control - Target removal from repository when agent software removed.

Hello,

I thought I should start a discussion around an issue that bugs me all the time when OEM agent software has to be removed.

Why is there no functionality to remove the targets from the repository when the OEM software is removed from a server. I know we have the emcli verbs to use, but it would be a bonus if there was some sort of RESTful API, that one can use to automatically delete targets.

The reason, why I ask is that our agents are installed in silent mode automatically by the Unix Administrators and the the same time, when a server is decomissioned and the software is removed we would like this to happen automatically end-to-end.
