Multiple Punchout Configurations

We have a case where we need to allow for different punchout configurations based on supplier. One supplier needs duplicate punchout lines to be consolidated into 1 line and another suppliers needs each line to not be consolidated into one line.  The GROUPING_ALLOWED_FLAG accomplishes this behavior but we need to be able to have it set for some and not for all.  Do you know of a way to achieve this?
