Need to clone our Agile QA instance

We recently upgraded autovue on our Agile QA instance to 20.2.2.  We need to do a production clone to QA which is still on autovue 20.2.0.  When we do our clone, will our production Database(20.1) objects be compatible with the apps file system on QA(20.3)
