Able to create the Dup customer

Hi Team,

After following the below solution I am still able to create the duplicate customers in 'Telesales' (e-business center) however, things are fine in the Sales user resp. under the customer creation, there as required the dup customers are not allow to create. Pleas advice what should I do to stop creating the dup. customers in telesales.

I have set the profile option correctly and compilation was also successful
