Installed patch 17645157 as per note 1612034.1 but doesn't fix error message

Upgraded to java 7 in ebs R12.1.3 environment

But as per note 1612034.1 concurrent logs showed

Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM warning: You have loaded library /u01/app/appltst1/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/librwu.so which might have disabled stack guard. The VM will try to fix the stack guard now.
It's highly recommended that you fix the library with 'execstack -c ', or link it with '-z noexecstack'.

So I firstly upgraded opatch/oui to version 11.1 and then applied patch 17645157 which rolled back 16207165

However the message is still in the logs, interestingly enough it appeared in the log from opatch lsinventory prior to upgrade, but did not appear in lsinventory after patching.
