Config Oracle Text metadata

Hi,

we have WebCenter Content 11.1.1.6.

Enabling "Oracle Text", the platform automatically display an additional box in order to perform searches in all metadata.

Where do i specify which metadata must use the engine (web center content + oracle text) when it perform a search?

Our customer wants to perform searches only on custom metadata, excluding all internal metadata (like Release Date) and extra metadata (like EXIF images data)
