REP-0004: Warning: Unable to open user preference file.

Hi,

I have developed a custom report and uploaded cross tab(PIVOT TABLE) XML template to oracle apps.

When I run the report it completes with warning.

It only happens with PIVOT TABLE XML TEMPLATE, others are working fine.
