Splitting report while running

Hi All,

We have a requirement, in which report needs to be splitted everytime executed based on one of the value.

for example, report needs to be splitted based on department whenever report executed by the user.

We know that with bursting we can split the report based on one of column, but is it possible to burst the report without scheduling, because user will execute the report whenever required(they won't schedule the report to burst).

So, basically our requirement is like, whenever user runs the report its should burst/split based on the column provided.
