Expense Account Rules - API for loading them?

Hello All,

I need to load a lot of records for Expense Account rules and I was wondering whether there was a more efficient way of  loading them (I am currently using an HTML Loader) such as some Interface tables to populte (like when loading open Purchase Orders).

Any help will be much appreciated.
