Type of Role LOV in Policy Schedule - iExpense

Dear All,

While defining policy of Per-Diem, I have noticed that we have only 3 values in Type of role: Job, Grade & Position.

I wanted to add the values based on the nationality (which is coming from People Group HR assignment) and location

The LOV is system defined, so can't add it more.

Is there any way that I can add values based on the nationality? And does it require any customization?
