Access require for specific BPA's

Hi,

BPA not able to access by one employee due to security hierarchy has been changed. We are using security level is HIERARCHY

Existing Hierarchy

EMP1

EMP2

EMP3

&

EMP4

EMP5

EMP6

New Hierarchy

EMP1

EMP5

EMP3

&

EMP4

EMP2

EMP6

EMP5 want to view BPA which is created by EMP2 because he will handle his profile & EMP2 want to view BPA's which is created by EMP5
