R12.1.3 : Issues relinking after patch application 12760514:R12.AR.B for 3-8372180101

Hello,

We applied pattch 12760514:R12.AR.B =>  ARXLAEVB.pls 120.56.12010000.22

as pre-requsite to datafix

We have issues relinking applications after patch application

'We have applied the suggested patch in test instance 3 times and every time we are unsuccessful and apart from relinking error we have destroyed our test instance. Please advise what to do now? '

Error in the adrelink.log is :
