Patch - 17525552 Review

Hi All,

We are in the process of applying the following patches in our R12.1.3 test environment.

a. Patch 17525552:R12.PRC_PF.B "Consolidated RUP covering iSupplier Portal Bug Fixes, Sourcing Bug Fixes post 12.1.3 and SLM new features"
b. Patch 17385991:R12.OWF.B "Latest Recommended Patch Collection for OWF 12.1.3+"

The DBA is currently doing patch analysis and raise the following query. Please review and advise.

According to Read Me of one prerequisite patch 12603968, it is applicable on release 12.1.1 and 12.1.2 and we are on 12.1.3. Please review and let me know if we should be applying the mentioned prerequisite patch in our R12.1.3 environment.
