Can we create a Clearance Reset for an item level =item parent in v13.1

Hi All,

I have created Clearance for an item(Tran level(2)>Item Level(1)) where i choose item level= parent item and applied the clearance..

It was successfully applied and executed to all child items which all are tran level items(item level=tran level=2).

I create a reset for the same item and same location . In RPM application when i approve it dialog box shows clearance reset successfully approved but when i checked in backend in RPM_CLEARANCE ,found that there were no records created for the same and also it didn't applied to it's child items as well

Can we create a Clearance Reset for an item  for at  item  level =item parent in RPM version 13.1
