Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. restore database directly from rman backup on tape

hi all,

we have rman backups on disk, due space presure we take another backup for rman backups to tape by backup server.

now we want to restore database from thoses rman backups. can we directly read rman backups on tape by connecting database server and backup server?

please assist.
