In Case Management (Agent Dashboard - Cherry Pick) on the Agent Dashboard is the page I am looking to change, navigation from Agent Dashboard is: ‘Agent Tools/Create Case/Case Type – GO’ (Create Case – Identify Customer)
I want to do the following:
I want the ‘Search For' drop down LOV’ to contain/default to ‘Employee’ (currently only has ‘Person’ and ‘Organisation’), if I can remove Person and Organisation all the better. Is this possible, if so how?
For information the LOV at Agent Dashboard - Agent Tools/Party Search the LOV has ‘Person’, ‘Organisation’ and ‘Employee’.
Thank you for any help you can provide. This is all aimed at a case management solution aimed at employees so no need for anything other then employees to come back in searches.
