What is the required setup to get bulk picking sales orders to work?

Hi,

We have defined a grouping rule that is Group by Customer and Perform Bulk Picking = For entire Wave.

But it does not work, we are not able to bulk pick.

Can somebody point out the required setup to get bulk picking items on sales order to work?

Does the inventory organization have to be WMS enabled and etc?
